Printing Help
When you choose to print the bulletin you should see a box similar to the one in the image below.
Step 1 - Choose the page number you want to print. May I suggest that as the bulletin is double sided you choose page 1. Do this by entering the number in
the text box to the right of "pages" checkbox. If the document has more than 2 pages, i.e. 4 pages, type 1,3.
Step 2 - Choose the number of copies you want printed, i.e. 20. If there are more than 2 pages and you have chosen the print pages 1,3 option, remember to tick the collate checkbox.
Step 3 - Click OK
after the pages have printed insert the collated pages back into the printer, change the pages option in step 1 to print 2,4* or 4,2* remember to tick the collate checkbox and the number of copies is the same.
**** If printing an even number remember to put page numbers in reverse. 4, 2. for example if you print 20 copies, the first pages to print will be 1 and 3 (1, 3). When you put the pile back in the printer for the reverse side, page 3 will be at the top so page 4 needs to print first, therefore the pages to print order is 4, 2.
If printing an odd number, 25 for example page 1 will be at the top so the order will be 2, 4.*****
Repeat step 3.
If for any reason you have a problem with loading the printer so the pages are the correct way up on both sides, please email foinews@virginmedia.com with your printer make and model and we will get back to you with detailed instructions
